These terms cover this pre-launch website and the waitlist only. Qotter has no live product yet, so there are no product terms here: those will be published separately when the product launches, and will supersede nothing in this document except where they cover the same ground.
Who can join
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country if higher, to join the waitlist. If you join on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to do so, and that “you” in these terms includes that company.
How the waitlist works
Joining the waitlist reserves a place in a referral-ranked queue. Sharing your referral link moves you up the queue as others join through it; we do not guarantee any specific position, wave, or date of access. Seats release in waves at our discretion. Joining the waitlist is not a purchase, a reservation of a specific seat, or a promise that Qotter will launch on any particular timeline.
Acceptable use
While using this site or the waitlist, you agree not to:
- Submit false or someone else’s contact information.
- Manipulate the referral ranking through automated signups, fake accounts, or abuse of the referral link.
- Interfere with the site’s operation, including attempts to bypass rate-limiting or security controls such as Cloudflare Turnstile.
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
We can remove a waitlist entry that violates these terms.
No warranty, limited liability
This site and the waitlist are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, including as to availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qotter’s total liability arising from your use of this site or the waitlist is limited to the amount you have paid us for it, which at this pre-launch stage is zero.
Changes
We can update these terms as the site and waitlist evolve. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do, and for material changes we will notify waitlist members by email.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [ASSUMPTION: governing-law jurisdiction pending founder decision and counsel confirmation.], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
